GOIM currently uses only one extension to the presence packet to transmit information about the game server a user has joined.

Such a presence packet might look like this:

<presence>
  <x game='teamspeak2'
     target='123.123.123.123:1234'
     xmlns='http://goim.sphene.net/gameStatus'/>
</presence>

'game' specifies the game id. this is defined by an eclipse extension and can be found in plugin.xml for a current list you can look into the subversion repository.

Currently this presence packet extension is only supported by GOIM and XFire Gateway (gateway between jabber and xfire): http://xfirelib.sphene.net/wiki/show/XFireGateway

But you are welcome to integrate support for this extension into other jabber clients/gateways/… ;)
